Midsummer Nights Green farm to table dinner

Join us for LFI’s signature Farm-to-Table Dinner—an unforgettable summer evening that turns Revelstoke’s freshest fields into your dining room, and our local producers and chefs into the evening’s headliners.

Picture a long harvest table set beneath the mountain sunset. Every course influenced by food that is grown, raised, or crafted within arm’s reach of town: vibrant greens and heirloom vegetables pulled from nearby soil that morning, pasture-raised meats from family farms, curated and cooked by the talented chef Alisdair Aitken. Each bite is enhanced by Revelstoke-made craft beer or small-batch spirits, so the flavors of the land carry straight through to the glass.

More than a dinner, this fundraiser pours directly back into our community food programs, ensuring that the abundance we celebrate tonight nourishes Revelstokians all year long.

  • Complimentary shuttle before and after the event.

2025 ticket prices: $140 + tax - ticket proceeds & fundraising from the evening go to support the LFI garden and education programs. Ticket quantities are limited, and sell out fast!

Tickets go on sale to our LFI membership on June 25th, and to the public on July 2nd.
